On April 30, 2025, in the exhibition hall of the fine arts department of the Kostanay Regional Museum of History and Local Lore, an exhibition of Kostanay artists "Spring. Victory. Memory." was opened, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. The exhibition featured paintings and graphic works done in various techniques and genres by artists such as N. Torshin, S. Lugovoy, V. Bykov, O. Kuskov, L. Dmitrieva, G. Nadeina, N. Yakovleva, A.
