Two-storey, brick, rectangular in plan house. The entrances to the house are on the east side. The entrance to the second floor is via a single-step staircase through the veranda.
The cornice is wide, profiled, stepped, and ends with a figured sub-cornice belt. The floors are separated by a stepped cornice.
The foundation is rubble, the partitions are wooden. The heating is furnace, one of the furnaces is Dutch.
Dimensions in plan: 11 x 9.5 m. The total area is 104.5 m . The height of the premises is 3 m.
