On November 3, 2026, a meeting was held at the Kostanay Regional Museum of History and Local Lore to discuss the key priorities outlined in the Address by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, titled "Kazakhstan’s Pressing Tasks in a New Historical Cycle."

Museum staff members G.K. Rakymzhanova and S.T. Zhanshuakova provided the team with a detailed overview of the strategic objectives for the country’s modernization. During the discussion, particular attention was given to the large-scale "People’s Construction" (Narodnaya Stroyka) program for infrastructure renewal, the integration of artificial intelligence into the economy, social support measures, the efficient management of water resources, as well as tax reform and the development of a new Civil Code.
