(1943, Leninskoye village, Uzunkolsky district, Kostanay region - 2017) is a machine operator, Honored mentor of the youth of the Kazakh SSR, Hero of Socialist Labor. Deputy of the Council of Nationalities of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of 9-11 convocations (1974-1989) from the Kazakh SSR, member of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR.
I have been driving agricultural machinery for 33 years. After graduating from the mechanization courses in 1961, she became a tractor driver of the Kharkov state farm in the Borovsky district. Achieved the highest output on a tractor with excellent quality of work performed. Her initiative was followed by many women in the republic and abroad.
She was elected a delegate to the XXV, XXVI, XXVII Congresses of the CPSU, a member of the Central Audit Commission of the CPSU. In 1975, 32-year-old Kamshat was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor for her hard work. She made a great contribution to the development of agriculture in the region and the republic.
Kamshat Baygazinovna Donenbayeva was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor by the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated February 10, 1975 for outstanding achievements in labor and early fulfillment of tasks of the ninth five-year plan.
In 2018, in the Kostanay region, Borovsky Vocational Technical College was named after K.Donenbayeva.
